BLIND RISER SLEEVE – BDM
- Using a feeder sleeve provides exothermic and insulating effects, allowing the use of smaller risers, which simplifies product design. It also helps reduce post-processing costs, remelting costs, and defects caused by shrinkage cavities.
- The Blind Riser Sleeve (BDM) has a closed-top structure, which reduces heat loss and provides excellent insulation compared to open-type sleeves, allowing smaller risers to be used. It can also be applied as an embedded riser inside the mold.
