ALOTAB
– A tablet-shaped aluminum alloy product made by combining high-purity metals with sodium-free, non-hygroscopic flux, offering ease of use and optimized performance.
1) Features
- Allows precise and rapid introduction of alloying elements.
- High recovery rate of metal elements (over 95%).
- Safe and easy to use (no weighing required).
- Contains no sodium (Na).
- Cost-effective.
2) How to Use
- Remove dross from the molten metal surface.
- At the proper treatment temperature (720–780℃), distribute ALOTAB evenly into the molten metal.
- Stir thoroughly for several minutes to homogenize the composition.
